FAQs
We clean both residential and commercial trash and recycling bins of all sizes.
After you sign-up, we try our best to come as soon as possible. Our routes are established to optimize efficiency and minimize multiple trips into the same neighborhood on consecutive weeks. We always schedule our clients for the day after their normal trash/recycle pick up day to ensure empty bins for cleaning.
No. You can sign up one or more bins. The same holds for one-time cleanings as well. You pick! However, our pricing is set for up to two bins and you will pay the same for one or two. Any additional bins over two, are $5 each.
Sorry, but we do not allow you to rotate bins. Each bin that gets cleaned will have its own identification via brand sticker, and will continue to get cleaned on the schedule you select.
You will receive a text after service is complete.
We schedule after trash collection to limit this as much as possible, however, our technicians will remove 1-2 bags of trash.
Due to safety/equipment concerns, we reserve the right not to service your bins if there is:
- large amounts of yard clippings (grass/weeds), diapers, animal waste, hazardous waste (chemicals, paints, etc), building materials (plaster, stucco, concrete)
If you plan to have these in your bins, please notify us and we will reschedule your cleaning. No notice will result in a cancellation with no refund.
That depends on your needs. Residential will vary from commercial but we recommend cleaning your bin at least once a month. This prevent germs, bacteria, and pests!
Yes! We offer 10% off when you pay in full for any of our recurring services.
Absolutely not! You can cancel anytime. But we’d rather have you stay. 😉
Our equipment is EXTREMELY powerful. However, we may not be able to remove everything after one cleaning. As we service you more often, these things may start to break up and be removed. The main goal of our service is to rid your bins of germs, bacteria, and smell. We will do our best every time to provide satisfaction.
